Please note that responses may be slower than a typical company, as much of our time is devoted to deep work, listening, and pilot design. We typically respond within 3-5 business days.
If you are a software or nonprofit program vendor
If you are evaluating Sleepo Foundation for nonprofit eligibility, discounts, or credits (such as Google for Nonprofits, Microsoft Nonprofit Programs, or other technology providers), you may use this website as a point of verification for our mission and activities.
We can provide the following documentation upon request:
- Articles of Incorporation (certified copy from Washington Secretary of State)
- Bylaws and governance policies
- IRS determination letter (once 501(c)(3) status is approved)
- EIN confirmation letter
- Board roster and officer information
- Program descriptions and impact data
- Financial statements and budget
Please reach out via email with your specific verification requirements, and we will respond promptly with the documentation you need.
We are grateful for programs that reduce operational costs for nonprofits; they allow us to keep our focus on thoughtful, child-centered work rather than infrastructure spend.
If you are a family or practitioner
From time to time, we invite a limited number of families and practitioners to take part in quiet pilots and feedback circles. These activities are always:
- Voluntary — no obligation to participate
- No-cost — all services provided free
- Designed with care — thoughtful, research-informed approaches
- Privacy-protective — minimal data collection, families control their information
If you would like to be considered for future opportunities, you are welcome to introduce yourself briefly by email. Please share:
- Your name and location (city/state)
- Ages of children in your household (if applicable)
- What drew you to Sleepo Foundation
- Any specific challenges or interests related to children's emotional well-being
We keep a waitlist and will reach out when we have capacity for new pilot participants. Due to our small size, we may not be able to accommodate everyone immediately.
If you are a potential funder or partner organization
We welcome conversations with:
- Foundation program officers interested in children's mental health or preventive interventions
- School districts or community organizations seeking partnerships to serve children and families
- Researchers or academics interested in collaboration on emotional health education
- Individual donors aligned with our mission (once 501(c)(3) status is approved, donations will be tax-deductible)
Please reach out via email with information about your organization or interests, and we will schedule a time to connect.
Media inquiries
For media inquiries about our work, approach, or findings from our pilot programs, please email contact@sleepofoundation.org with "Media Inquiry" in the subject line.
We aim to be thoughtful in how we represent our work publicly and may not be able to accommodate all media requests during our early development phase.
We do not currently accept
To set clear expectations, please note that we are not currently accepting:
- Unsolicited business proposals or vendor pitches
- Public donations (until 501(c)(3) status is approved and we establish proper donation infrastructure)
- Intern or volunteer applications (we have no capacity for volunteer management at this stage)
- Speaking engagements or conference presentations (not yet ready for public speaking)
We appreciate your understanding as we focus on building our programs thoughtfully.
