At SLEEPO Foundation, your family's privacy is fundamental to everything we do.
This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
SLEEPO Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Redmond, Washington, USA. We create personalized bedtime audio stories designed to support confidence, positive values, family connection and cultural connection.
This policy covers our websites at sleepofoundation.org, sleepo.org, and sleepokids.org. Our services are designed for parents and guardians of children ages 2–12.
Please note: If you choose to enable voice features, a recording of your voice will be processed by a third-party AI platform for story narration. You will be asked for explicit consent before this feature is activated. Voice recordings are retained only for as long as needed to provide the selected feature and may be deleted upon request.
We process personal information only to provide requested services, operate our nonprofit program, communicate with families, and meet legal obligations.
All information about children is submitted by parents or legal guardians. Children do not create accounts or submit information directly to SLEEPO.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your family's information. All data transmitted through our website is encrypted using standard HTTPS/SSL protocols. Access to your data is restricted to authorized SLEEPO team members only. While we take reasonable measures to protect information, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
