Please read them carefully — they are written to be clear and straightforward.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SLEEPO Foundation websites at sleepofoundation.org, sleepo.org, and app.sleepokids.org, as well as our personalized audio story program (collectively, "the Service").
SLEEPO Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Redmond, Washington, USA. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian and that you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your family.
Our program is designed for parents and legal guardians of children ages 2–12. To use the Service, you must:
Children do not create accounts or interact with the Service directly. All enrollment and communication is handled by parents or guardians.
SLEEPO creates personalized bedtime audio stories for your child based on information you provide, including your child's interests, preferences, and goals. Stories are delivered digitally and are intended for private, personal, non-commercial family use only.
The content and format of stories may vary and may be updated over time as we improve the program. SLEEPO does not guarantee a specific delivery schedule, story length, or number of stories.
When using the Service, you agree to:
If you choose to enable voice personalization, you grant SLEEPO Foundation a limited, non-exclusive license to process a recording of your voice solely for the purpose of narrating your child's personalized stories.
Please note: Voice features require your explicit consent before activation. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your voice recording at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal will disable the voice narration feature for your child's stories.
Story content, audio content, website content, and program materials remain the property of SLEEPO Foundation unless otherwise stated. Stories are intended primarily for personal family use and may not be resold, redistributed at scale, or used commercially.
The SLEEPO name, logo, and branding are the property of SLEEPO Foundation and may not be used without written permission.
SLEEPO Foundation provides the Service on an "as is" basis. We are a small nonprofit and do our best to deliver a high-quality, consistent experience. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service or specific outcomes for your child.
